We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we sell. We travel the world to find the best designers and suppliers and fully stand behind our products. We encourage fair trade as much as possible and make sure that production is environmentally sustainable. We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we care about your opinion and welcome you to contact our Customer Care with any questions you may have.
If all items are in stock, most online order will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once processed, all items will be shipped from our warehouse to arrive within 5-7 business days. If there are delays, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible by email. Please note that, in some cases, items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.
At this time, we are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous sates. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or foreign countries. We do not ship to PO, APO, FPO or DPO boxes.
In order to facilitate your shopping experience, we have elected to apply the following flat shipping fees:

Two day delivery is available. Our shipping partners will quote you directly at check-out.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise value only. Please note that we do not have an exchange policy. We cannot accept returns on final-sale items, which are identified by a price ending in $.99. A proof of purchase is required for any refund. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
We are more than happy to offer our wrapping services for a flat fee of $6.95, including your own personal message to the recipient. Unfortunately, some items cannot be gift-wrapped as noted on the website.
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
It is of course possible to ship to an address other than your billing address. Please make sure to specify such address before checking out.
