This set of 3 professional prep knives from André Verdier was made in collaboration with 3-star Michelin chef Anne Sophie Pic. The set includes 3 professional paring knives, each designed for precise technical preparation tasks such as peeling, detailing, deveining and cutting. The knives are made of hardened stainless steel with a full tang and a beautiful oak handle. They are 100% made in France by André Verdier and come in a beautiful beech wood box.
On a personal note, I have been using and testing these knives in my own kitchen for the past year and can attest to their high quality and technical precision. If you love to cook, you will love them!
